To enter the Sweepstakes, fill out an entry form and place it in the receptacle provided or give it to the Sponsor representative at the location where you received it before the entry period ends. Only one entry per person is permitted. No other entries or entry forms will be accepted. We are not responsible for lost entries and may disqualify any incomplete, invalid or illegible entries. The number of potential winners, prizes and the approximate retail value the prizes will be shown on the promotional materials announcing the Sweepstakes. No substitutions or prizes are permitted, although we can substitute a prize of equal or greater value if, for any reason, we cannot award the prize indicated. All taxes and costs associated with winning, receiving, accepting or using any prize are solely your responsibility. 3. Winners will be determined by random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will generally be held within 30 days after the entry period ends at our offices or such other location as disclosed in the Sweepstakes promotional materials. We will attempt to notify winners by phone and/or U.S. mail.
